This is a guided imagery exercise and it is about eleven minutes long. 

I encourage you to get comfortable, either in an upright seated position or laying down on your back. Make yourself as comfortable as possible. This may include using pillows or blankets to ensure your warmth and relaxation. 

Repeat as often as you’d like.
