Dana Clark, author of the blog Kale For Your Soul recently wrote an article entitled Stop Underestimating How Powerful You Really Are that was published by The Huffington Post.
I like this article’s look at the current human condition, and for these other reasons as well:
- It accurately describes the myriad ways in which we, as a society, give away our personal power by buying into the idea that we are essentially lacking something of value
- It explores the ways in which our sense of not being/having/doing enough manifests – fears, anxiety, compulsion, consumption, depression
- It provides an alternative: feel your feelings, stop comparing, stay open to your own experience in the present moment, trust the universe
*You are indeed, more powerful than you give yourself credit for.
