I just discovered that ITunes has several free mindfulness meditations! These are 5 – 33 minutes in length and vary in terms of their focus; some deal with body, sound, loving-kindness and others specifically focus on working with difficulty, or the use of Tibetan singing bowls. A great resource when you want some guidance to return to your one seat, and your Whole Self.
